"I want to thank Martha personally of the Bruce Hoerner agency for all her help. Last year State Farm changed its invoicing policy and combined cars under one policy number. With 5 cars being insured with SF it became a difficult to understand the prorations. You no longer had the option of one car and one payment. Most recently SF billed me for a car that had previously been paid under a combined invoice. I contacted Martha and she determined that the car showed paid and had no explanation regarding the secondary invoice. I am 20 year customer and because of Martha's efforts, I remain a SF customer. Martha 5 stars, State Farm 0 stars."

Martha is completely unprofessional and does not take care of business as instructed. Bruce is non-existent in any matters and failed to ever reach out to me regarding our continual dissatisfaction as a client. And after disputing a $216.00 charge, they sent it to collections.
